Order Processing Time

Since our items are in stock and ready to ship, all orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Spanish public holidays) after payment confirmation and before dispatch.

  • Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on Friday afternoons, weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted shipping carriers to deliver your orders, including:

  • Correos (Spanish Postal Service)

  • DHL

  • InPost

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.

International Orders: Customs & Duties

  • European Union: No customs duties or additional taxes apply to orders shipped within the EU.

  • Non-EU Countries (including the UK, USA, and Switzerland): Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges:

  • Are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

  • Are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Refusal to pay customs duties does not constitute a valid return. If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, the cost of return shipping and any administrative fees may be deducted from your refund.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Risk of Loss In accordance with EU consumer law, Halfen House assumes responsibility for your order until it is delivered to you. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at karina@halfenhouse.com, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide clear photos of the damaged item and the outer packaging.

  3. Keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
