Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using halfenhouse.com (the "Site"), operated by Halfen House S.L. ("we", "us", or "our").

Payments must be completed before orders are processed. Prices are listed in EUR and include VAT (IVA) where applicable.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within Spain and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method.

Delivery estimates: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss: The risk of loss or damage transfers to you only when you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.

7. Returns and Refunds

Our Refund and Return Policy forms an integral part of these Terms. Please review it carefully before making a purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, designs, and software, is the property of Halfen House S.L. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

9. Prohibited Uses

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.

Consumers: If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may bring claims in the courts of your place of residence or in Spain, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Businesses: For business customers, any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.

13. EU Consumer Rights and Legal Guarantee

Right of withdrawal: In accordance with EU law, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

Legal guarantee: In compliance with Spanish consumer law, all products sold benefit from a 3-year legal guarantee of conformity from the date of delivery. If a product is defective, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund, as applicable.

14. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

In accordance with Article 14 of Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, the European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform available at:

15. Complaint Forms

In accordance with Catalan and Spanish consumer regulations, official complaint forms (Hojas de Reclamaciones) are available to customers upon request at our registered address.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated on the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
