Refund and Return Policy

Return Period You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return authorization for eligible items.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Step 1: Before sending any item back, you must contact us at karina@halfenhouse.com. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

  • Step 2: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with specific return instructions and the correct return address. Once authorized, items must be shipped back within 14 days, following the instructions provided.

Local Customers For customers in Barcelona, we offer specialized return instructions which may include a free drop-off option or a simpler local return option.

Eligible Returns To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition, suitable for resale

  • With all original tags attached

  • Returned in the original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns or issue a partial refund if items show signs of wear, washing, damage, alterations, odors (including perfume or smoke), stains, or missing tags.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Accessories

  • Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale"

Return Shipping Costs

  • Barcelona Customers: Free return shipping (instructions provided upon contact).

  • Rest of Spain & International Orders: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Please note: You are responsible for the return shipment until it reaches our address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you prefer.

Refund Process Once we receive your return:

  1. The item will be inspected within 5 business days.

  2. If approved, your refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method within 14 calendar days after approval.

  3. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless you are returning the entire order under EU cancellation rights or the return is due to an error on our part.

Packaging & Sustainability Our shipping boxes are made from sustainable, ecological materials and are designed to last beyond a single use. We encourage customers to reuse or repurpose our packaging as part of our shared commitment to responsible production and reduced waste.

EU Consumer Rights In accordance with EU law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items without giving any reason. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer law.
